PERSONAL IN STORE APPOINTMENTS

We kindly ask all clients to respectfully adhere to our in store appointment policy to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone who takes the time to visit us.

If you have booked a private consultation for dresses, styling or a VIP group event we request that you can please try to be punctual as possible with timing. Our vibe is relaxed and friendly so we like to keep our time flowing positively so everyone receives adequate attention and excellent service.

If you can not make your appointment we do require 48 hours notice, in which case we will happily reschedule an alternative time that is convenient to you or provide store credit, we do not issue refunds.

Private appointments are charged at a rate of €50 for one hour. This includes complimentary Prosecco/light refreshments for up to 4 people with 50% of the fee redeemable against purchases or bookings made on the day to the value of €100 or more.

If your appointment involves trying on some wedding dresses we do ask clients to refrain from using tanning products, most importantly instant tan prior to their appointment.

We do have shoes for all clients to use as part of their fitting but it is advisable to bring along or wear light coloured underwear in theme of what you would normally feel comfortable wearing going to an occasion or night out.

DRESS PURCHASES / ORDERS

If you decide to proceed with a custom order we will guide you closely during your consultation to finding the most suitable process that works with your timeframe and requirements.

In all cases with custom orders we will provide your measurements directly to the relevant production team.

We do our ultimate best to be as accurate as we can but we do normally size fractionally larger to allow for any weight fluctuations closer to the date.

The important thing to know is that final alterations can always allow for adjustments that involve sizing down, but sizing up to include final length can be a much more demanding and stressful issue to deal with in the lead up to the wedding!

Please bear in mind that if you have experienced large weight fluctuations in either direction we can not be responsible for this to reflect correctly across your previous measurements.

Our lead times can vary but we do advise a minimum of 3 - 6 months with an additional month allowed prior to the wedding date for any required adjustments with your personal alterations specialist. We always recommend having a reputable and trusted specialist booked in advance for your chosen date as they fill up very quickly which can lead to disappointment if they don't have availability to fit you in.

Due to the nature of custom orders and personal measurements we require 70% payment on the booking date with the remaining 30% due on collection.

When your dress has arrived we will contact you directly to arrange a follow up appointment and collection date, there is no charge for follow up consultations.

Once you have collected your dress it is the full responsibility of you and your alterations specialist.
