- This usually applies to products that are in demand or are of a limited edition nature so they are assigned on a first come first serve basis. If there is a certain date you need your order by then we can suggest you email us with details once you hvae placed your order.
- If the item you ordered is readily available and in stock it will be shipped out straight away.
- If it is not in stock and you have selected the Pre-Order option your order will be assigned to our incoming arrival list and despatched as soon as it arrives.
- We work very hard behind the scenes to liaise with our clients and ensure that all orders are fulfilled to the best of our ability when readily available.
- In almost every circumstance we are successful to provide a seamless service and experience and will communicate any issues we feel may arise with your order directly and in advance.
- We treat all our Pre-Orders with utmost priority but there are some occasions that circumstances develop outside our control in which case we will act responsibly and honestly to all our clients and make any exceptions that may be necessary.
- All returns should be made to us within 14 days of receipt of your order and registered with us by email at: hello@somethingbluestudio.ie
- Once your returns are received and checked they will be processed for exchange or credit, we do not issue refunds at this time.
